"Parlay" and "The Toll"

This year, one of my professional goals was to crossover into the film and TV realm. In February, I was fortunate enough to get cast in TWO short films! I played Chrissy in Alex Caperton's short The Toll. I met Alex at a small film festival I had attended last year and we had been wanting to collaborate ever since. The Toll will serve as our Winter Film Festival 2022 submission! Last week, I travelled to Hamilton, Ohio, to film Rick Pate's drama, Parlay. I stepped out of my comfort zone to bring the character of Jade, a young, blue collar, exhausted mother, to life in this project. I read the script and quickly became invested in these characters and their story. I am looking forward to seeing the premieres of both finished films!
